My demonstrations are on pieces right from my studio, often working into major paintings already in progress. I relish demonstrating techniques that are risky and exciting, because that’s where the art is going on.

Fall of 2009 I will continue to teach a series of “advanced oil painting” classes at the Cape Cod Art Association in West Barnstable Ma.
Since spring and I have been making headway lining up exhibition opportunities for my students that have worked hard all winter finishing their paintings strong. Several students have been chosen to show at The Birdsey Gallery in Osterville. As a teacher I take pride and enjoy helping my students advance on the business end as well as the artistic end.
In my class, my students are learning the whole package; framing, signatures, business. There are still a few spaces left for the late Fall 2009.
I am excited to have two mono prints on exhibit in April in Baltimore Maryland, at the National Drawing and Print Exhibition at the College of Notre Dame’s Gormley Gallery.
